Edward "Big Foot" Elliott, 69

Edward Allen Elliott, 69, of Paducah, Kentucky, passed away at his home on Saturday, November 26, 2016.

Often known by the nicknames of "Punk", "Foot", "Big Foot" or "Footsie", he will be remembered as a man who enjoyed life.

Edward was born in Paducah on August 19, 1947, to George and Mary Elliott.

He retired from the United States Enrichment Corporation, where he worked as a security guard and firefighter.

He was a longtime member of Margaret Hank Memorial Cumberland Presbyterian Church, and a volunteer with the Lone Oak Fire Department. An avid gun enthusiast, Edward enjoyed spending time at the firing range.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Teresa Neihoff Elliott, of Paducah; his daughter, Natalie Robertson and husband Randy, of Kevil, Kentucky; his son Matthew Elliott, of Paducah; his sisters, Mandy Nimmo and husband Don and Kathy Davis and husband Jerry, all of Paducah; his brother, Bill Elliott, of Franklin, Tennessee; and three grandchildren, Nicholas Robertson, Alison Robertson and Korbyn Elliott.

He was preceded in death by his parents, George Henry Elliott and Mary Ruble Ross Elliott.

Burial will follow at Saint John Cemetery.
