COVID 19 Pre-Screening

In order to minimize the spread of COVID 19, Occupational Medicine will begin pre-screening workers and vendors entering the DOE Paducah Site Reservation at the C-104 entry gates beginning this afternoon, Thursday, April 2, 2020 at 5:00 p.m.

Workers and Vendors will be asked a series of questions about recent activities and health status.  Their temperatures will also be taken.

This process is expected to be completed in under a minute.

Inbound traffic restrictions will be implemented at C-104.

Vehicle access gates will be manned from 5:00 to 6:30 a.m., and 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. to accommodate all contractor shift changes and personnel.

If anyone requires access to the site outside of these times, they should contact the Plant Shift Superintendent (PSS) at (270) 441-6211 to coordinate a pre-screening before heading to the site.

This guidance applies to anyone performing work on-site, including vendors.

To the extent possible, please coordinate your time of entry to the site during the times Occupational Medicine is manning the gates.

If this is not possible, then coordinate a pre-screening in advance with the PSS before entering the Paducah Site.

We ask that you be patient as we implement this process and be cautious when assessing the gates at Hobbs Road due to medical professionals being in the area.

If you have any questions, please send an email to contactus@pad.pppo.gov
